Sr Marketing Manager

Responsibilities:

· Project manage timelines and deliverables of promotional marketing materials to be utilized in conferences. Examples include ensuring enough time mapped out to successfully pass through CRC reviews/approvals, production/ordering, and shipping timelines; ensure third-party vendors deliver as scoped.

· Review pre-determined specifications needed to design and set up advertising/marketing material at events. Examples include building set design lists of advertising banners and signs, associated measurements, promotional marketing materials to have on hand, and any special equipment needed to bring the advertising booth to life.

· Develop a checklist that outlines each team attending an upcoming conference, what each team is doing to prepare for the conference, and detail the sequential order in which deliverables need to be completed in preparation for the upcoming event.

· As details on upcoming conferences and events are shared, identify and relay details to internal marketing team so they can make informed staffing and scheduling decisions.

· Develop and coordinate delivery of briefing materials for Vertex teams before each conference/event. Examples include: expected attendees, exhibit, promotion and other Congress activities.

· Compile feedback and information from staff that attended the conference/event, consolidate and highlight key activities and learnings.

· Identify external medical conferences scheduled in 2026 with an assessment of strategic importance so that the internal team can make informed decisions to prioritize sponsorship investment and attendance.
