Must Have:
- 4-5 years professional IT experience in systems support
- Install, provide L1/L2 support on Windows 10 & Linux client machines
- Ability to isolate, troubleshoot issues professionally and quickly in keeping with DS set KPIs
- Install, maintain and support third party applications on end-user machines (using Kace or SCCM)
- Ability to do some hands-on work on servers and network infrastructure
- Ability to prioritize and manage urgent tickets, understand and follow up company set escalation procedures
- Engage with technically strong team members to address complex OS or application issues
- Work on local and regional projects as assigned by management
- Willingness to travel to other local offices in Michigan as needed
- Ability to carry 40 lbs
- Ability to provide support onsite and remote (over the phone) users
