Sr Salesforce Functional Analyst

Education and Experience:

Bachelor’s Degree and/or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Minimum 5 years of experience working with Salesforce Platform
Experience working with healthcare is a plus
Experience working in a regulated environment as well as International experience is strongly desired.
Understanding of Jira and Agile processes
Proven ability to provide business analysis and system configuration deliverables related to process improvement.
Salesforce Certification is a plus
Proven knowledge of the software and systems development life cycle.

Ability to rapidly learn and take advantage of new concepts, business models, and technologies.
Ability to work independently & on multiple projects against deadlines.
