Secrets Management Technical SME

Qualifications:

Experience: A minimum of 8 years in IAM roles, with at least 3 years focused on secrets management solutions.
Technical Proficiency: Hands-on experience with secrets management tools such as Akeyless, HashiCorp Vault, Deline Secrets, AWS Secrets Manager, Azure Key Vault, Doppler, Conjur Secrets Manager, CyberArk Conjur, Knox, 1Password, Dynamic Secrets, or similar products.
Security Standards: Strong understanding of security protocols, encryption standards, and best practices in secrets management.
Problem-Solving: Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot complex security issues and implement effective solutions.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:

Certifications: Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or specific IAM/secrets management certifications.
Cloud Experience: Familiarity with cloud platforms and their associated IAM and secrets management services.
