Technical Program Manager

Overview:
We are seeking a Technical Program Manager to join the engineering team supporting a large enterprise application. This role is ideal for a candidate with a strong engineering background who can build roadmaps, streamline workflows, and guide engineering teams toward successful outcomes in a GCP cloud environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with engineering teams to develop and implement roadmaps, ensuring alignment with project goals and timelines.
• Leverage engineering expertise to understand team workflows and bridge gaps between technical requirements and business objectives.
• Manage programs in a large-scale enterprise environment, ensuring the successful delivery of high-impact initiatives.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, monitor project progress, and address technical or operational challenges.

Qualifications:

• Strong engineering background with experience working closely with engineering teams.
• Proven ability to build roadmaps and optimize workflows for technical teams.
• Experience managing programs in large enterprise organizations.
• Familiarity with GCP Cloud technologies and associated workflows.

Nice-to-Have:

• Experience working with Pharmacy Systems or similar healthcare technologies.
